Carolina Bon - Uniting with the Supreme Power

There are many gifts from God in this Life, whether we are able to see them or not in our state of mind. I believe they are all known in our true state of Being; in fact, I believe that when one is able to Be in Truth, one can come to see absolutely ALL as a blessing.

I would like to thank you Shunyamurti
For shining your light so bright
And showing us the way, to enjoy the many
Blessings of each day.
I have been on the journey of revealing my Godself
For twenty five years, and in this time have shed a
River of tears, slowly releasing my egos resistance
To my true-self.

When I left the SAT Yoga Institute following the sweet and powerful experience of spending almost two weeks taking classes and participating in Karma yoga, I was asked to write a testimonial of my experience at the center. Six weeks have passed during which I have procrastinated on the completion of this task. Usually a person to meet my obligations, commitments and assigned tasks and to-dos with a swift efficiency and deep engagement, I ponder this atypical behavior and find some explanations that give additional clarity to what my experience at SAT really gave me. . .

Some people look for their 'home' all their lives - I was certainly one of them. Having spent 3 months as a student at the Sat Yoga Institute was the closest to home I have ever felt!

It was beautiful, mind blowing, questioned everything I believed in, scary, glorious and it has changed my life - for the better.

It is hard to describe an experience which is beyond words. Sat Yoga Institute is without doubt the University of my dreams.

To whom it concerns,

I and my partner were blessed to be closely associated with the Sat Yoga Institute and all of its participants for nearly seven months, while on our musical journey through Costa Rica. We hold the fondest memories of your generosity, care and love as we were welcomed so warmly into the Sat Yoga 'family'.

The Ride of Your Life!

Sat Yoga will challenge your sense of Self, your belief structures and perceptions.  Engaging in such an experience holds potential for disruptive change and resulting  temporary discomfort.  What becomes critical then, is one’s openness to new information and enhanced self-awareness; and, the manner in which such growth is nurtured.

Life-Changing Retreat

If I were to describe my retreat at Sat Yoga from the heart, with only one word, it would be: Life-changing.

But since I spent four months as a retreatant at the Sat Yoga Institute, I’ll need a few more words to describe this amazing experience...

My journey to the Sat Yoga Institute was a commitment to myself to “peel my onion” and from there like a flower bud it began to blossom. This sojourn has profoundly changed my perception forever, starting with the magical sense of Love and Peace that greeted me at each turn and the true hearts that live in the Devine Presence and Grace of All that Is.

"It has been rare in my life to find a spiritual community whose members so whole heartedly pursue inner transformation through pure surrender to God. In being in their presence I have no questions about their sincerity and commitment to the inner path. Speech, action, and honesty all reflect this commitment. My brief stay inspired me on many levels. Upon arriving I immediately began to feel my heart open. Sitting down with Shunyamurti was a powerful experience that brought me directly into the present moment in spite of the ego's resistance . . .
