Wild Card Class

As the name implies, our wild card classes are always surprises, and can include watching documentary films on spiritual subjects, receiving a new advanced teaching, participating in a guided meditation, a movement meditation, or a Sat Alchemy class.

Also, if you are not an enrolled student at the Sat Yoga Institute, please schedule an orientation before attending any of our classes.

(Note: The Sat Yoga Institute is not currently offering Wild Card Classes as part of this semester's activities, but we will be offering them again as a part of a rotation with other classes.)
