Book Groups

Our book group gatherings are an opportunity to share and discuss insights into many different psycho-spiritual topics. In the Intermediate Book Group, we cover all of the world's religious and spiritual traditions as well as books on new scientific paradigms, including in such fields as psychology, quantum physics, and biosemiotics, as well as a variety of other mind-expanding subjects.

We usually have at least one book per month in order to keep our minds focused. After all, one of the commitments of a Sat Yogi is: "A commitment to the daily reading of uplifting spiritual texts--to keep one's mind at the highest wavelength of thought and intellection."

There is also an Advanced Book Group, in which we study more difficult texts, primarily in the fields of psychoanalysis, psychosomatics, depth psychology, parapsychology, and the study of paranormal phenomena. We also study more advanced texts in metaphysics and mystical philosophy.

In addition, we offer a Clinical Book Group for those in the Clinical Atmanology track, with books that focus on the essentials of spiritual healing, including on such topics as dream interpretation, empathic listening, energy transmission, and confrontation of ego defenses.

These book groups are open by invitation only, to those who have reached the appropriate levels of inner work, commitment, and preparedness.
